1. General Information

 

 

Sugarven Systems is a professional organising service based in Queensland, Australia. These terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and anyone who engages with our services via web, email, mobile, or in-person.

 

 

 

 

2. Bookings and Payments

 

 

  • Bookings can be made through our website or directly via phone, SMS, email, or social media.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All payments are in AUD and exclude GST where applicable.

  • Pricing is clearly listed on our website and may be updated at any time without notice.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will incur a 20% cancellation fee or may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 20% rescheduling fee.

  • We understand emergencies happen—please contact us to discuss if needed.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Additional Charges

 

 

  • Storage solutions, labelling, donation, or rubbish removal services are not included in base session rates.

  • Any additional costs will be clearly communicated before or during your session and are payable at the end unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • Clients must ensure safe, clear access to the areas being organised and disclose any hazards ahead of time.

  • We are not responsible for items discarded during a session with the client’s permission.

  • Children and pets must be supervised during sessions for safety.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Mobile Communications

 

 

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sugarven Systems for the following purposes:

 

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates and follow-ups

  • Promotional offers or marketing (only with your consent)

 

 

You can opt out of promotional SMS at any time by replying STOP, or contacting us directly. Standard message rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. We will never send marketing messages without your consent, and your details will not be shared or sold.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content on this website—including text, images, templates, and branding—is the property of Sugarven Systems and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
